Our soft foam interface pad is for use with hook and loop backed discs (velcro) and backing pads with a hook and loop (velcro) face. This pad attaches to the backing pad and sits between the backing pad and the disc, giving a cushioning effect. With the added cushion you can reduce the likelihood of over-sanding high spots which makes it easier to follow curves and hollows whilst adding an extra lifespan to your backing pad.
